Struktur Operating System bisa terdiri dari Monolithic, Layered Approach, Microkernel, Modular, Hybrid. Layered Approach memiliki interface yang sudah di-define, dan memiliki struktur yang ketat. Microkernel memiliki kernel yang kecil, memberikan servis ke user space. Modular menggunakan implementasi OOP, seperti dengan layered tetapi lebih fleksibel.

Hal seperti ini harus diketahui kepada seseorang yang mempelajari Operating System karena perlu diketahui hal-hal yang basic agar bisa mempleajari lebih lanjut tentang Operating System. Namun, pada video ini belum memiliki informasi yang lebih lanjut tentang struktur yang ada pada Operating System.
